I have a 94 f150 4.9. I have led front and rear turn signals but no matter what I do I can't get them to work properly. I have tried using resistors and recently tried a led flasher from lmc truck. I can get them to light up but no flashing. I could really use some help on this!

Update: with the stock flasher in, and only the rear led bulbs with no resistors, they will work only if I have my lights on.

 

Possibly some sort of(lack of) ground problem. Just a guess.
