hello,my tumblers in my lock cylinder are screwed up,i cannot get the key all the way in,i bought a new one,but to get the old one out,the cylinder needs to be in the run posistion,there is a pin you push to get the cylinder out,but that little pin will not release unless its in the run posistion,i tried it on the new one,the pin doesnt push in until its in that posistion,how can i get the old one out,i gotta walk to work tonight,this sucks,help
