Spout Connector question
Truck 1992 F150 302
UPDATE:
I ran the part number on the gray plug and found out it is a "spout" connector. Should the wires in the second picture have one as well? Can I just put a jumper wire in place until I can get one?
I have my daughters truck running fairly well now but I found a plug without a plug. It looks like the one on the driver's side fender with the gray fusible link in it, I think.
Should this have a gray cap as well?
I took a few pics that should help.
This is the one with the gray cap
This is the one in question.

A fusible link is a Copper wire with a special insulation. All the ones on that truck are attached to the starter relay.
