Default Flagship One replacement EEC computers

I just installed a replacement computer I bought from Flagship One out of Lynbrook, NY. Their customer service was a good as any I've ever experienced. They had a great selection of models, and as we all know, Ford is really proud of their multiple variations of the same part. I found my computer version, the E8TF-12A650-BT2A for my 89 F150, 4.9l. It was plug n play, worked right out of the box, and its solved my rough idle, loss of power problem. My old F150 runs like she did back in her heyday! They have a ton of options. It might be a little more expensive than you want to try, but its worth it. My total cost was around $390 with shipping, but the difference in performace and operation is worth it. Its like its got a new engine! Give them a look if you're in the market for a replacment. https://www.fs1inc.com/

Thats who I used when I replaced mine. That’s where I tell people to go if they ask.

I got lucky. I bought a Cardone from RockAuto then I read on the forums that those are hit or miss. Fortunately mine was a hit and has been working great for about 3 years so far.
