The engine stutters when driving at lower rpms. Have replaced everything electrical and vacuum related. Have found that if i unhook the battery charge indicator wire (lite green with red stripe) and drive the truck it runs perfect. Does anyone have any suggestion?

Eh, offhand, if it runs fine with the wire lifted and there are no other effects other than not having a charging indicator - leave the wire lifted and let 'er bump.
However, if you're like many on here who can't stand to have things less than all right, suggest to pull the computer codes to see whether anything has been flagged. Need more information on what all has already been replaced, and a better description of the stutter - is it consistent, does the engine RPM swing around, etc.?
