Couple things...if Im away from the PC......If the horn does not work could be the Clock Spring http://fullsizebronco.com/forum/showthread.php?t=62939 it does work could be this...... Sometimes the module itself rusts up. It's on the driverside inner fender, with a cable that runs to the throttle body. You can remove the cover, which is the electronics of the module, and check to see if the drive motor is seized. I had to use a pair of pliers to loosen it and put some oil on the bearings.

the motor seems to be ok. It was not froze up or seized. So I squirted some sea foam lube about and replaced it back to it original position.

after a quick lube and returning everything back to where it came from I went for a fast test drive. It seems that the on/off switch and the resume/set and coast do work. When it was turned on I could hear the resume/set and coast click as they were actuating but not setting the cruise. Where next??
