Default Code 63

This one is driving me crazy. My 1992 F150 with a 302 blew a head gasket. I have put everything back and even put all new sensors in. I finally get to starting the engine and now I have a code 63 and 114. I tested the tps here is what I get. Close throttle 1.2 and wide open throttle 4.8. I am at a loss the getting the code 63 circuit low input. I am working on code 114. Any help would be great.

I think closed throttle is supposed to be lower (.9 ?).

I tried to adjust it, but it goes no lower than 1.1. So it sounds like i need another tps.

92s have 3 digit codes, all of them, not sure how you are getting 63 but that's not a valid code for your year truck.

As for adjusting the TPS you can drill out the mounting holes slightly bigger and give yourself a little more maneuvering room while adjusting it. I would suspect, though, that it's probably going to need replaced in the near future anyway if it's still original.

Good, one of the first things I did when I got this truck was to replace all of the vacuum lines and fittings with siliconeintake lines. One of the best decisions ever, nothing worse that chasing after a problem only to find that you have a hairline crack in some tiny plastic line that is causing a 4,000lb truck to act like a drunk dog.
