Default 93 xlt 5.0 doesnt want to opererate correctly until fully warmed up?

my 93 ford f 150 5.0 doesnt wanna run correctly until its fully warmed up . it use to start and run fine on its own and now i have to keep my foot on the gas for several minutes and then i let it warm up 20 or 30 mins on its own idle . if i try to drive it before it goes only about 25 miles an hour and stalls it does this in warmer weather also . ive been told idle control valve possibly or crank sensor . has this happened to anyone else ?

I don't think you have a crank sensor. I'd suspect the ECT or 02 sensor as possibilities. It could be the IAC, but that wouldn't be my first guess.
That's assuming that you don't have vacuum leaks, crappy ignition parts etc. etc.
