90 300ci starts hard/weird

Default 90 300ci starts hard/weird
I have a 90 with the 300 inline six and when I turn the key it turns over then I have to stop and then on the second turn it fires right up. Any ideas? I JUST changed plugs, wires, rotor, and distributer cap. I was hoping that would help but not as much as I was hoping

Pull codes? There's a sticky here if you don't know how. Did it just start doing it all of a sudden or did it slowly start taking a bit more to start?

This is my first truck and it has done since I first got it this year.

Are you running the stock coil? Do you have a multimeter that tests ohms?
