With fewer than 100 miles truck has no electrical power. Gauges, lights nothing, can't even shift out of park. Only thing that works is power seat and power mirrors. truck now at ford garage for the second day and they say they have no idea yet what the problem is. Anyone ever have this problem before?

 

Same thing happened to my 2011, the computer was fried. Took about 2 weeks to fix.

 

They now say they are gonna replace fuse panel ( one inside cab) but their not sure that will fix it. I'll keep this updated.

 

Are you aware this is the 1987-1996 thread? Anyway, Hope they fix it fast for you! If they cant, what will happen?

 

They replaced the smart junction box and that fixed it. It took a week.

 

It's like deja vu. I think I already read another thread on this same topic?
