Unhappy 1995 Remote Locks

Trying to program two new remotes into the system.
Turn on ignition, momentarily short program jumper, locks cycle. I expect the locks to cycle when pressing remote buttons, but nothing happens. when I shut off the ignitions, nothing happens as well.

I have no reason to believe both remotes are bad. Batteries are new. Unplugged and plugged in module cables, including antenna plug, fuse has been checked.

Ideas??

Once in programming mode are you pressing and holding down the lock button on the remote or just pressing and letting off? I've had one or two that I programmed where I had to hold the lock/unlock button down for almost 15 seconds before the locks would cycle.

Default No Go.

I tried holding the transmitter button for several seconds. Still did not work.

I'm curious if I even have the right remotes. This units I have are PN# GQ43VT4T.

Can anyone confirm this??

Or the right PN?

Do have the dealer installed alarm? My 95 does and the dealer installed units were code alarm. I replaced 2 of my remotes with CRCX3 2 button fobs and they programmed just like they should.

I have the OEM unit, not the Code Alarm unit.

If you know you have the right fobs and its still not working then im not sure why its not working. You might try visiting a local trusted alarm install shop and see if they might be able to help.
