I replaced both the foot switch and the dimmer switch and still have no high beams please help

Have you traced your wires to see if one is broken? The foot switch is known to chaffe wires to the point of grounding out.

No I have not started tracing any wires I just didn't know if there was something else i wasn't thinking of to replace or maybe a fuse I didn't know of

I'd check the fuses first just to eliminate that. Make sure you switch the fuse with a known good one to make sure yours is good. Pull the clip on the headlights and look at them for any corrosion too.

Have you replaced your headlights? It's really rare for both to go at the same time, but weirder things have happened.

I just got the truck I pulled both headlight both are fine my low beams work fine all other lights work fine it's just my high beams that don't work. Do you know what fuse it would be

What's the specs on your truck? I think I can find a wiring diagram that will help.
