What is it called?

I am replacing my window motor in a 1996. The black plastic (moisture/ dust barrier) in between the door panel and door needs replacing. What is it technically called? And where can I find one?

It's called a moisture barrier. Usually I get some "thick" (7 to 10mils) plastic dropcloth or sheeting from Lowes streatch and seal it with tape them lightly warm it with a heat gun or blow dryer
