Rubber stops behind upper bezel
I am pulling the gauge cluster bezel off my F150 and got it off with everything intact. Patience is key.
My question is this: Behind the bezel at the upper curved edge there should be 2 small rubber stops that were glued at the factory to the mounting surface of the main dash. There are 2 locations and they appear to match up to the location of 2 plastic stands on the backside of the bezel itself that have rubber stops on them as well. I dont have these and am curious if anyone know size and exact length of what these need to be. I had one but lost it and it seems like they were around 3/8" long. I think they were for preventing from pushing on bezel too hard and cracking something.
Thanks in advance for everyones response.
