pssnger window problems
So my passenger window will roll down just fine but when you try to put it back up you have to pull it up while pushing the button. Do I just need a new motor for it or what?

Mine did the exact same thing, the plastic gears inside the motor had disintegrated. You can rig it temporarily but it's a better idea just to replace the motor.

If the motor turns it's probably fine. Go to Advance Auto and get a pack of
Dorman - Help Window Regulator Gear Plugs
Part No. 74410
about $8.
If the motor has never been out of the door you'll need to drill a hole where the panel is dimpled to get to the hidden bolt. Figure out which socket you need on the other bolt and size your drill accordingly.
Under the edge of the shiny cover on the motor there are little bended tabs that you'll need to bend back or you might crack the aluminum case getting the cover off. Remove the screws, work the cover off, clean out the remnants of the other plugs, and put a little lithium grease on the screw gear.
I couldn't get the plugs in one at a time because they are in there tightly. I found it easier to sort of wedge all three plugs in and then push the gear in place. This forced the plugs into position nicely. A little lube doesn't hurt here.
While you're in there give the window regulator gear a little lube spray as well as its pivot points. Do the same for the lock and door handle mechanisms. If your little window is sticky you can also give the spring a shot of lube that might help it open and close easier.
Put it all back together and your motor is good for many more years to come.

Nice I didn't know they sold the gears. I never had to drill a hole to get it out either.

Your's may have been replaced before you bought it, or it's different in earlier models. I've only worked on a 1994 and a 1996.
This is what you'll see when you open the motor. The yellow crap is the remains of the gear plugs.

You can see the three plugs around the gear in this image. It's a tight fit.
