Default OEM cup holder in regular cab with bench seat

I NEED cup holders, I live in AZ and getting hydrated here is very important especially in summer and especially in a truck with no A/C. I want to keep the OEM look. From my research i found out that some F150's with bench seat came with cup holders, like this;

My question is how the hell does the cup holder mount to the seat? Anyone can take a picture of how it mounts?

What Im curous about is on the fronmt of the seat where the cupholders go...So those 2 posts are just to hold the cupholder? They seem pretty beefy to hold 2 drinks. Just sayin, from the looks of the pic, I could tow a honda civic with those! hahaha (jk).
