I just bought a 95 Supercab. Mine has bucket seats and, yes, both move forward to allow access to the back. However, the recline lever on the drivers side is broken off, so looking at it, you would not know the drivers seat had a lever to move it forward. I bought a replacement lever assembly but have not installed it yet.

I have 49/20/40 seats with a power driver seat. It will go far enough forward to let people in, but its easier to do on the manual passenger side so that I don't have to reset my seat all the time.
