Alright. On my 96 F150 my steering is turned all kinds of wrong. It's bad enough to where I have the hold my blinker switches so they will stay on.

What is the safe way to get the steering wheel off without deploying my airbag?

 

Disconnect battery for 10 minutes but I always just remove the bolts holding it, and unplug the airbag
