1994 F150 xlt pillar grab bar handle
Can't find anything on original pillar grab bar anyone installed aftermarket I am thinking Billet handle #271020 for passenger side and both sides overhead. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Ford never offered a grab handle in '80-96 F-series or Broncos. But many original handles (from many makes & models) can be made to fit. Browse your local junkyards. Click this, read the caption, and continue reading the NEXT dozen:

Hard metal on the A-pillar is not safe in a wreck. Your head or your passenger's could hit it. Use only soft rubber or plastic with smooth rounded edges, like all factory handles.
