I've seen a lot about F-150's seat swaps but not much about F-250. I just bought a 1991 F-250 Custom Single Cab with a bench seat. The previous owner was a smoker and smoked with the windows up for years. I had to remove the carpet, soak the interior in cleaner, and also removed bench seat to get the smell out. Unfortunately, I dont know that i'll be able to save the seat as the smoke has penetrated that old foam so I'm considering just replacing the entire seat. Any suggestions on how to get the smell out of the foam or should I just replace it? If I should replace it, will a F-150 seats work in an F-250? Thanks in advance for any advice!

There's nothing different about the seats in F-series/Broncos from ~'90-96 (& '97 >8500GVWR) based on chassis weight. So yes: any bench seat that looks identical to yours will work. Click these & read their captions:
