Window comes out of track
My son's 1990 F150s driver's side power window keeps coming out of the front and rear guides. I can't seem to find any info on adjusting the guides to keep it in them. Any ideas?

Mine are not power, but when I was doing some door work the upper part of the track came out which made cranking hard and window sliding of track. I would check that. It fits in slots near the bottom of the window opening.
