Default Rubber boot between cab and canopy

I have a canopy for my p'up that sits about an inch from the rear window of the cab. I want to put a boot in there so that I can open both windows and access one place from the other - maybe, more importantly, improve my vision to the rear. I see a lot of universal boots - is there some place that sells a custom made boot, that fills in the whole space between the 2 areas, and is flush to the sides of the cab and canopy?

I don't see them much anymore
They chaff, squeak and take off paint in the process
I'd check with somebody like Sam T Evan's
They will know all the options, and if there are any custom ones
I believe the same one that fits a Tundra and Silverado is the same one they will sell you for your Ford
I like them, but they squeak, not too worried about the paint if the shell will stay on there
