Default Replacement tailgates?

My tailgate is a total loss. Very beat up beyond repair. What do you guys do for aftermarket tailgates or clever replacements?

I'm in the same boat. The best bet is to go to a junkyard and pray. Ahaha

why is selection picky? i cant remember anything being on the tailgate thats not on a normal f150-350 aside from maybe "Eddie Bauer" in the corner somewhere, which i think you can buy from LMC.

Nah it doesnt say eddie bauer anywhere on it. Its just the black/tan color, metal sheet in the middle, then the black plastic piece across the middle, compared to all the trucks around here that are red or green or white...no black on tan, but id even settle for a black one. But thats why im here, is to see if there are any clever ideas for different tailgates.
