I have painted my truck and what is the best way to reinstall the emblems, Glue or tape or ?????? how to???

Yep, with help, the sanding was so hard. Had to go down to medal because of so much oxidation, those years in Grey/Silver. It should have been a re-call from Ford on the paint.
First time I have ever painted. Bought a 29.00 paint gun from Harbor Freight and ask a lot of questions from friends. Looks good I think considering it was done on the outside under a shade tree.
I'll do some pics after I get all the parts back on.
