Default Lift??

So, I have a problem guys.. For whatever reason, the rear end on my truck isn't as high up as other trucks of my year around my area. Leveling kits for my year read 2 inches in the front to match with the rear.. But, I'm pretty sure my rear end only has 1 inch of stinkbug. Maybe 1.5 tops. And I cant find any leveling kits smaller than two. I don't want a huge truck. I just want it to clear my new tires.I also don't want the front end higher than the rear.. That would look stupid. Any suggestions?

Maybe look and see why the rear sags so much? Are the shocks and leaves OK? Mounts OK?

My leaves are alright. And my mounts seem to be in good shape. My truck is a 4x4
