Here is my 1994 F-150 5.0 with a Flowmaster Super 10 on it. I'm pretty satisfied with it.

don't get flowmaster i bought a 44 series stock exhaust except tailpipe dumps in front of rear tires. sounds stock. i planned on taking out a cat till i saw a crack in my manifold thats spreading. So im going with headers with duels to just mufflers.
