Anyone ever done a cab swap? I have a 93 4x4 that is pretty well all rust on the cab. I came across a very clean 88 2wd the cab is very nice. I am wanting to swap the 88 cab to the 93. I know the cabs are the same just curious if anyone has done the swap. What is the difference in wiring harnesses? Electronics? I will probably keep the 93 interior as it is spotless. So im not to worried about interior stuff just how the elctronics and harnesses will work out?

 

You might want to check the size of the trans tunnel to make sure it is the same size. I thought 4wd trucks have a higher trans tunnel than 2wd. I know when you look up carpet they ask if it has a high jump or low.
