Default 1996 F150 Rocker Panels and Floor Patching

Hi all, I have a 1996 regular cab F150 2wd that I'm slowly picking away at. My latest project is tackling the rust on the floor pan near the rocker panels. I'm looking to do as much as I can myself without spending too much money. I'm no welder so I'm hoping to avoid any welding on the repair. Here are some pictures of the affected areas, what would you do in this situation?
I'm located in Ontario, Canada.

3m Panelbond is an option. If you can borrow a welder, welding is cheaper.
Depending on where you buy the Panelbond gun, you'll have at least $200 just in the gun and the two part product.

I used Panelbond on my floor pans and lower rear quarter but I welded my wheel arch patch panels.

I used Rust-Oleum on the floor pan. I would suggest using better paint. I plan to repaint mine with POR 15.

Thanks for the info.
I'm planning to use POR15 on the floor and possibly a coat of something on top, either roll on bed liner or just some paint. Then maybe some sound deadener.

I might try making my own patches out of sheet metal instead of getting panels because it's just small mostly flat sections that are hidden for the most part.
