Transmission help!!!
Good morning,
My name Matt excuses in advance if this been answer before. Anyways I have 1995 f150 4wd XLT 5.0. Truck has 144,000 miles. I got this truck last year that sat for 7 years and needed a lot of work. My issue I am having is typical I read shutter around 35-45 mph. First-Second shift fine 3-4 slight shutter. Overdrive sometime slight rough first or second time than ok after that after starting it up cold start.
But if I am driving with o/d off around 40mph barely touchinf gas. (Grandpa driving) sometimes it feels like it’s going back and forth shaking feeling.
I did a pan and fluid drop and change filter. And was going to do a fluid flush by having the torque converter pump old fluid out.
But barely any fluid coming out the supply end into radiator??? Does this mean bad pump, clog, bad torque converter? Or since truck Sat so long give it some more drive time. Fluid did come out was very dark and some what burn smell. When I drop Pan the magnet was full, and there was a lot of crud in the pan no broken metal pieces just old fluid it look like.
Thanks again to all,
I appreciate any info or guidance thanks again. This first time being on forum.
I have done following to get it back on road and pass inspection yesterday
Oil change
plugs, wires and rotor cap (all motor craft parts)
fuel filter
new shocks all around
new front strut mounts
new radius arm brackets and bushing
new core support
clutch fan
replace alternator
brakes all the way around
new inner and outer tie rods
water pump
etc

That's really hard to read, with all the spelling & punctuation errors, and missing words. The easier you make it for us to understand you, the more likely you are to get useful suggestions. Take a few minutes to proofread & edit your posts. "Etc" is vague - if you're listing things you've replaced, list them all. For each item that's NOT on the published maintenance schedule, include the REASON it was replaced (the diagnostic test it failed; and if the replacement part passed the same test). For all of them, you should include the brand, PN, & source of each replacement.
Shaking while driving a steady speed can be a LOT of things (too many to list all), but some of the more-common ones include: tires (flat-spotted, imbalance, blistered, belts rolling, mud on wheels, loose lug nuts), driveshafts (bent, u-joints worn out, missing balance weights), engine mounts broken (VERY common), & suspension bushings (worn/missing/degraded).
ATF flow through the cooler loop depends on engine RPM and fluid level in the pan.

Thank you sir. Sorry confusion appreciated your input.
But, Tires and suspension have been completely replaced all factory parts. No mud truck slowly being restored.
I had a second opinion, on ujoints all pass by trusted mechanic.
Thanks,
Matt

You're still doing it. Why was the suspension replaced? Are you saying you think it was replaced with factory parts (from a junkyard), or are you saying the factory parts were all replaced (by what brand/PN/source)?
