transfer case issues I think.

I have 1993 f150 ext cab flareside 5.0 manual transmission 4x4 only pulling in 4 low range after big jerk pop and quit pulling so I just put it in four low and I pulls. Just not in high 4x4 or 2x4

I have the same issue, haven't researched or disassembled yet. What did you find out?
