Default Surging/idle/misfire problem

Hey y’all, got a 95 with a 5.0 and a 5 speed and I’m trying to chase a surging and misfire problem. At idle leaving from a stop the motor stumbles and really doesn’t want to pull away unless I blip it up to 2k rpm’s and then let the clutch out. After that it’s fine and happy no problems at all.

I’ve also noticed a really heavy surge/total engine misfire like I’m losing all spark or fuel but only for a 10th of a second. It’s a manual so it’s not like the trans is slipping (not the clutch either cause it would do it at lower speeds due to higher torque but it’s fine at lower speeds) and I can tell it’s losing power because it pulls you away from the seat towards the wheel.

it’s also got a hunting idle but acts really strange as once it’s settled for even just a second it holds that rpm dead on without any problem, but any time I’m moving really it’s just all over the place.

So far I've done plugs, cap and rotor, IAC, tried to check the TPS by sweeping it with an ohm meter but it was a digital so it was a little hard to track but looked ok, and looked for any signs of a vacuum leak. Also checked codes and All I’ve got is a lack of egr flow code, took the egr valve off and cleaned it out but no change.

Check fuel pressure, and pull the vacuum line off of the fpr to see if there is any sign of fuel leaking through it.

i checked and if I remember correctly it was like 35 with engine running and 40 in the on position, but I’ll for sure check the regulator for that
