Hi guys. Pretty new here. A friend of mine past away and I have his 92 4.9 4x4. He could never get it running good so it sat. I own it now. Only has 90k on it. I did a compression test and two cylinders were dead. Pulled valve cover and two rods are off to the right and bent. I'm going to take the head off to get a valve job as that's most likely the culprit. Is there a write up on how to take the head off? And also put back on? Chilton manual not that great. Thanks.
