Well when i start my truck up after it hasnt been run for a few hours it likes to drop down to 200-400 and spit and sputter or sometimes die. After i rev it up a few times its fine. I would just like to know, any input or ideas is greatly appreciated.

 

Pull codes. Check IAC valve. It's a 5 volt circuit. Don't test it with 12 volts or you'll fry it. Clean both the valve and port with throttle body cleaner. You'll need a small round brush to get the port all the way cleared out.
