Been having trans issues since i got the truck (93 f150 4x4), bought it knowing that it starts in 2nd ect, replaced the MLPS, seemed to fix the shift issue for a short time but now seems like it takes off in first or sometimes second and shifts hard into reverse at times, warmed up mostly but not all the time and no manual 1/2 shifting. If i do it feels like im tied to something, the engine will load up but dont move or barely move.
Anywho, been working on some other stuff with it so havent been driving it and pulled the codes today. KOEO cold Got:
452 - VSS issue
617 - 1/2 shift problem
Question is could these to things be related? MLPS not aligned right? Speedo works fine, not jumpin around at all.
