Default oil cooler question

Oil cooler hose has a small cut in it at the coolant side.
First off does my truck (96 150 351w xlt, off road) come factory with this truck or is it after market?
Second the part i need i believe is called an oil filter adapter. Can i just buy that part without buying more? And whom sells it.

Its a factory part, and you can get the parts from the stealership, or if you are lucky, your favourite parts guy.

Awesome thank you. Was the oil cooler a option or standard equipment?
