my daughters 92 4x4 f150 with 302/e4od.....255000 miles
NEW PARTS.......fuel tanks and pumps...filter....iac....tps....throttle body....cap n rotor n plugs...wires test good....ignition module.....upper end gaskets....egr valve and control motor...egr solenpoid.....broken plastic vac lines fixed......radiator......fuel pressure regulator...
truck has passed multiple ether tests and a bubble test. idles smooth as sewing machine......dies the moment you even touch the throttle. have verfied the timing order and the timing chain slack (less than 2 years old)...ignition timing is dead on with spout disconnected......static timing is spot on as well. The exhasut is new from manifolds back including the O2 sensor Im out of ideas here. truck has been down since February. Thanks in advance

I had a similar issue with my 91, same motor and trans. I finally broke down and had a buddy smoke test it for me, had a vacuum leak under the throttle position sensor, and on the EGR mount. I sprayed it religiously with starter fluid and never got it to react, but the smoke test got it. I would say smoke test it and check for vacuum leaks somewhere unusual like that.
