Default Is this a normal sound

Hello everyone, i just changed my oil this weekend and flushed my radiator. Now i dont remember what type of oil i used last time i changed my truck but this time i went with 10w-30, which I assume is fine, I also went with an stp filter, and the oil i used was Mobil. Now i didnt run the truck with the hood open before i changed it, but i did after to check for any leaks, but while i was doing it i noticed a sort of ticking noise, and I am not sure if I should be concerned with it or not. I was looking else where on the forum and found it might be because of the filter and the oil drain-back valve, but I am not sure that this is the problem because it keeps its ticking noise the whole time the trucks on, anyways i know Im not going to get the best diagnosis unless i take it into a shop, but i was wondering If anyone on here could tell me if this truck noise is normal, i tried to make a video of the noise hopefully it came out.

I couldn't hear any clicking, more like a squeak from the belt.

Have you narrowed down where the sound is coming from?

I can't view the video, but it is possible that you have an exhaust leak, or perhaps a valve knock, or 'ping.'

sounds like maybe a noisy lifter or valve to me, maybe even a manifold leak somewhere

Remove the oil cap and listen at idle. If the sound is louder than it may be a sloppy lifter and not the exhaust. Also listen at the vacuum intake air release valve at the front of the engine right above the alternator. It's the device with filter material surrounding inwhich air releases. Mine is fairly noisy, always has been. Couldn't really hear it in the video.
