Default need help with diagnosis

hey, need some help diagnosing a problem with my 95 f-150 5.8l with auto transmission. When i accelerate from the stopped position the engine revs real high, I can feel the transmission shift into the next gear but it continues to rev real high with acceleration, there is also a dramatic loss of power since this started. I checked my transmission fluid and thats good. I dont know a whole lot and I am not really sure where to start or what could be wrong

Get the codes pulled. It could be a number of things.
