Default manual transmission options for a 96 f150

I have a 96 F 150 4x4 about to get a frame up. I plan on adding a 3 inch body to my six in suspension lift. I have diffs with 4:56 gears to turn 37" tires with 20" rims. To power all of this I have a 347 stroker with 400hp and 400 Ft/ lbs. I am getting rid of my automatic transmission to put in a standard but I am looking for suggestions on what to use. Everything I read has someone saying that the zfs and the m5r2s can't handle the amount of torque I'm am going to have but I also realize you can't believe everything you read on the internet and that manual transmissions are very solid. Any suggestions are welcome

Well the M5OD is tough but won't last long under 400hp. I would go for the ZF, much heavier duty and better gear ratios.
