Default High idle

I have a 1996 f150 5.0 2wd that's high idling in park and neutral, although sometimes it idles fine. i've replaced the iac and coolant temp sensor not really sure where to go from here.

Welcome to the site!
If you haven't already, suggest to look for vacuum leaks, including the brake booster unit.

It was sitting at around 1000 to 1100 but I replaced the throttle position sensor and its no longer high idling.
