Default Help clutch issues

Any help would be appreciated I have a 1988 Ford F-250 351 4wd so I replaced the slave cylinder and clutch line bled in all before I put the transfer case back on I check to make sure the trans would spin and it did in every gear but when I put the case back on and connected everything nothing at all seems like the clutch isn't disingaging any help would be great.

Clutch itself could be bad...was this a sudden failure or was it gradual?

Can you put it in gear when moving, but not when stopped?

Well hydraulic or not if the clutch is engaging and disengaging then it should be ok.

You're saying "it spins"...what exactly is spinning and how are you making it spin? A better description would help diagnose.

What do you mean what spins? The out put shaft on the trans hydros are much different then mechanical when I put the t case on I know that's in 2 high I can hear it engage when I pull the lever so the problem is when the trans case is connected to trans the drive shaft won't spin I push in the clutch and can shift but when I release the clutch I can still shift with no resistance so makes me think the clutch isn't disingaging

If transfer case is in gear. You can put trany in gear with truck off. The transfer case will not spin. Put trany out of gear. Transfer case will spin.

If every thing spins all the time. Look up in to the clutch. Make sure trany is in gear. Have some one turn the back of transfer case if the shaft spins that the clutch disks go thought remove trany and look at shaft or clutch
