Hi, so I'm looking at what I want to do to get some more power out of my 5.8L, and i think the next step i want to do is heads and the Edelbrock EFI manifold. What I need to know from others who have done this or something similar is how it affected emissions testing. Right now I have a cam (with 4 deg. advance) and full exhaust, and emissions is fine.
I am looking at the Ford X-head right now. I just don't want to swap the heads and then have it fail the sniffer!!
So if anyone has done this please let me know what the results of your emissions/sniffer testing was. I'd like to know what your actual numbers were from the testing.
