gears
man I hate to bust your bubble, but if you have to ask for a link to a gear set then have to ask if it will fit, YOU NEED to find a shop to put it in for you, one I doubt your have the right tools, second, putting gears in is very complex, its not like changing a spark plug.
I feel if you try to do this yourself your going to grenade your rear axle.

ok cool, just wanted to let you know that it is complicated, but if you have someone to help you that's good, ask the guy to "teach you" make sure you stick right by the guy and ask lots of questions, offering to lend a hand where ever you can.
this is one of the ways I learned I started changing oils on diesel trucks moved to heavy construction equipment, now 10 years later i'm one of the top mechanics in the shop, I have guys that went to schools for years consult me on equipment, all without any schooling for mechanics.
