Fluid Capacity of an AOD

I have the same question for my truck 1990 Ford F150 XLT lariat 5.0 A/T but I need to know which brand. What I found out for the transfer case is two fluids either valvoline transfer case fluid (full synthetic) at oreillys or multi vehicle atf or supertech atf. My question is which one to use.
