Default Engine shakes

Not sure if its drivetrain or electrical. My engine shakes at idle after a full day of driving...I mean during the day, the engine be up to normal temps, around 190-195, and run perfect all day, no shaking. But if I have to run to the store or something at night after driving all day, when I start it it will shake... In the morning it will be fine and drive all day fine. The reason I say I'm not sure if its electrical is because I have some gauge issues. Temp(stock temp gauge) and fuel gauge not working. Any ideas?
