Default Egr issue after replacement

So I had been throwing egr codes and running rough, so I figured it was cheap enough to replace the egr, as well as its two component parts (sensor and vacuum boost, is it?). Still throwing the code. Figure I have to do the vacuum lines... They look fine, but I can't see them all the way around. It seems to go around the back, and then under the exhaust manifold? Does that seem correct? It all looks like it was replaced at some point, so it is heard to tell where it even SHOULD be going as there is a mess of lines coming up from under the manifold. Any advice or help would be appreciated. I know I can do the delete, but as I've already replaced the parts, I'd rather try to get it working first.

These two videos will show you everything you need to diagnose the EGR system using just a vacuum pump and multimeter. Should be all you need!
