E4OD to AOD
Your computer runs the motor and trans, the computer for the truck with the AOD would run just the motor, but probably won't work in your truck. So a special order computer probably.
Then I would think you'll need a kickdown cable and a vacuum line and there may be a few other things including the driveshaft out of the donor truck, because yours will be too short.
Quite a bit of messing around, but with rebuilts in the $2000 range, it might be worthwhile.
A good condition E4OD would be a better bet, especially because 4th gear will save you a lot of gas money. I think it might have to come from a '95 though, there were a lot of electronics changes year to year.
