Default E40D shift problems

I have a 1993 f150 351 4x4 automatic with the e40d and I’ve been having a problem with shifting so say I just start off from a stop once I get going it seems to be stuttering and if I full throttle from a stop it will do basically the same thing but will eventually get up to speed and work fine, I will drop it down in 1 and it will work how it’s supposed to giving all the torque but then put it in second and works but then will come to a stop again drop it back in 1 or drive and if I let off the gas it’s just like if I’m holding the break but if it sits in place for a little it will work how it’s supposed to again, if you go full throttle from that it will stutter jig a little bit and then it will engage and start driving like it’s supposed to. The transmission was just fully rebuilt, brand new solenoid pack, new speed sensor, new neutral safety switch and plug, new tps sensor, I check the trans shift module and it blinked 4 times testing it, also has a new torque converter and the problem has been the same since all these were installed they were installed because that’s what many other people have told me but nothing has fixed the problem yet so if anybody might have any idea on what it could be please let me hear it.

So if you were facing uphill, could your truck take off from a stop in drive? Or wouyld you have to put it in manual 1 or manual 2?
Would manual 2 get moving quicker than manual 1?
