Default Changing Clutches?

How do I find out which size flywheel and clutch kit I need? I seen the there is a 10" and 11", which would mine use or does it matter if I'm replacing them both?

You should have the 10 inch right now, but you can go to an 11 inch if you feel the need for the upgrade.
