Does anyone know if this here GM TV cable end clip will work with a Ford AOD TV cable? It seems as if it might actually work, but just wanted to have someone elses opinion.

The ****ty plastic clip on mine broke off and i know the brilliant minds at Ford decided to discontinue the very essential part.

 

No ideas? Opinions? Suggestions? Maybe a thought or two?
